Smart-max & Micro-max
Smart-max (AM-T-080) is the dedicated Smart car trailer, exactly the right size and layout to suit Smart cars. Micro-max is designed for compact saloon cars such as the Toyota IQ. All micro cars can be driven straight onto the trailer. As the chassis design is shared with the A-max, owners benefit from what is the easiest operation, safest ramp deployment system on the market, making these little trailers entirely suitable behind a motor home for those who require ease of use, safety and security.

A-Max
A-max is a focused, class leading trailer design centred on operational ease. The core features provide the easiest and safest ramp loading system yet devised, rendering a traditional hydraulic tilt-bed operation virtually superfluous to all but the most specific applications. Its light weight, low centre of gravity combination is safe and stable, providing the well controlled towing experience that many previous Brian James Trailers customers have come to rely on. To keep pace with the growth in size of many modern vehicles A-max trailers offer the choice of a superior wide bed of up to 1.96m (6ft 5). Anyone concerned with minimising the risk of vehicle damage during loading and unloading will find this particularly useful.

Minno-Max
Minno-max suits compact and lightweight race or road cars. Overall dimensions of the Minno-max are based on the ability to enter an average car garage. Once inside, Minno-max can store your car onboard, safe and secure. Minno-max models are part of the A-max family of trailers, all of the detailed features of A-max are also found on Minno-max.

Hi-max
A brand new commercial specification transporter trailer offering a unique combination of all-around ability, true flexibility and a striking, high quality presentation to complement any professional operator’s equipment. Developed with a single minded commitment to achieve the full potential, Hi-max marks the arrival of many new innovations in car transporter trailers. A class leading unladen weight of only 720Kg is achieved by combining the chassis, body and mudguard into one assembly. The resulting payload potential of 2,780Kg and light chassis means lower overall fuel consumption. Much design work has been done on enhanced operational features from front to back. Low angle loading is provided by ‘easy-pull’ loading ramps which in combination with the optional hydraulic tilt-bed model offers the ultra-low loading ability required by many modern sports cars. Another key Hi-max development improves protection of normally vulnerable large alloy wheels. The sides of the trailer are tapered - only tyres can touch the body.

TT-Series (Tilt-bed)
The TT chassis with a hydraulic tilt-bed operation makes the TT Tilt-bed an especially versatile trailer. The most popular model in this range is the Tri-axle low-rider 3500Kg variant (353) having a full width loading panel and offers a quick, convenient loading operation as an alternative to a slide bed recovery unit.
Customers requiring the lowest possible loading angles can benefit from the combination of the TT Tiltbed and a set of 2.0m aluminium loading ramps. These together provide loading ability sufficient for most modern supercars.

TT-Series PDQ system
A complete TT-Series trailer specifically designed for cross-loading behind a transporter vehicle. Every aspect of the cross-load operation is provided for, including a pair of lightweight aluminium loading ramps from the front of the trailer to the transporter bed, a swivel jockey wheel system and a reinforced chassis to cope with the additional loads.

Sprint Shuttle
The GRP gel coat body provides a quality finish guaranteed to last many years, ideal for signwriting while giving discrete security for your car. The split tail ramp is light and quick to set up, with a very flat approach angle for low vehicles, while the entire package weighs only 670Kg.
Both fixed- and hydraulic tilt-bed versions are available.

RS3 Shuttle
The RS3 is at the forefront of trailer manufacturing technology, employing materials and manufacturing methods never before used in production trailers. The superbly aerodynamic body is constructed using the latest GRP moulding techniques, environmentally better than old-fashioned manual methods and extremely consistent, producing a high quality uniform finish inside and out, every time.
The RS3 progresses all aspects of enclosed trailer design. A reduction of 300mm in height over previous designs with the ability to transport large saloon cars is a good example. The impressive low profile improves your towing experience with superior stability and lower aerodynamic drag.
Loading and unloading could not be more straightforward with the standard 2.0m long aluminium loading ramps. Lower ground clearance cars such as touring cars can be handled with an optional pair of 2.5m ramps, again in lightweight aluminium. The ramps are housed in a new rack with an automatic latch mechanism. Quick and easy.

RS5 Shuttle
The result of nearly 18 months of development by a team of stylists, prototype vehicle builders and our production engineers, the RS5 achieves an outstanding quality of design and finish.
Quite apart from automotive standards of body finish, many new and useful features are incorporated, particularly designed to provide excellent access inside the trailer by way of wide lift up, gas strut operated side doors on both sides, plus front access hatches for restraint attachment.
The enhanced easy loading facilities enable the Race Shuttle RS5 to be used virtually as though it were an open trailer. Security of the cars inside the trailer is always a major consideration and with the Race Shuttle RS5 there are locks on all opening doors.
